Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterward - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how does our store’s warranty policy works and how you can be using it when shopping with us!

Warranty

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace any part found to be defective in material or workmanship within a 6 month period free of charge. Call the helpline 01702 208111 for instructions. Do not return the goods to us without authorisation. 

  • Different Types of Warranty

    While for some items we have a 6-month warranty, other items are offered with a 1 Year Warranty.
  • Warranty covers

    Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or any type of abuse. If the product has been used in a way that it was not designed then the product can fail and this damage will not be covered.
